You will also have the opportunity to interact with the merchants to purchase the ingredients that you are going to use in the cooking lesson. Choosing ingredients for your cuisines is very important, if your ingredients are fresh and green enough, your cuisines will be delicious and fragrant otherwise, they will be not good at all. Vietnamese food is various with different flavours and ingredients.  Take a boat ride from Market to the local house, refresh yourselves with a very nice ancient town scene.
