Perched atop a hill at an altitude of around 1,500 meter, the town of Da Lat is the perfect respite from the heat and hectic pace of Ho Chi Minh City (Sai Gon) which is exactly why the French colonists built a resort here. Spend three days filling your lungs with fresh air as you explore the attractions and architecture of this atmospheric town.
Day 1: Da Lat - Arrival (-/L/D) Pick-up at the airport. Transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, We will visit the Crazy House, so named for the surreal architecture that makes it resemble something between a Disney Castle and a kid’s adventure playground, but this one’s for grown-ups too!. A few minutes from the Crazy House is Bao Dai's Summer Palace, where the last Vietnamese King, Bao Dai resided in the summertime with his family. After that, we will also visit Domaine de Marie Monastery and Lam Vien Square. Day 2: Sightseeing in Da Lat (B/L/D) We will take a ride to Lang Biang Mountain and go trekking to the top of Lang Biang. After the physical, but fun, trek to the top of the mountain. We will continue visiting Robin Hill where you will be able to see the rest of Da Lat from a high vantage point, Datanla waterfall, Clay Tunnel, Truc Lam Zen monastery. Day 3: Da Lat - Departure (B/-/-) Have breakfast at the hotel. Free time to visit Da Lat Market and relax until time of transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
