Explore the best historical gems that Da Nang and Hue have to offer; caves, mysterious pagodas and beautiful sea views at Marble Mountains, plus ancient Cham culture artifacts at the Cham Museum in Da Nang; and ancient imperial architecture including the Citadel, Imperial City, Forbidden Purple City, the Emperor’s Private Residence, Thien Mu pagoda and an Emperor’s tomb in Hue.

Day 1: Hoi An - Da Nang - Hue (-/L/D) Da Nang is not only famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, but also for its bridges and museums. We will start the visit with museums such as Ho Chi Minh Museum, Museum of the Fifth Military Zone and Cham Museum. Next, head to Thuan Phuoc Bridge at Tien Sa Port, Dragon Bridge, a very unique and modern bridge that crosses the Han River. After lunch, we will take the stone steps carved into Marble Mountains to discover caves, grottoes. After that, we head to Linh Ung Pagoda which is built under the reign of King Minh Mang in the Nguyen Dynasty (the 19th century), legend has it a Buddhist statue drifted downstream to the area and got anchored at a sandy embankment. We will then depart for Hue, along the North coast of Da Nang to the top of Hai Van Pass where bunkers remaining from the war can be explored. Overnight in Hue. Day 2: Hue - Hoi An (B/L/-) Start the day with a delicious breakfast before visiting the Citadel, the most prominent tourist attraction Hue has to offer: including the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City and the Emperor’s Private Residence. After the trip to the Citadel, we will have lunch and later in the afternoon, visit Thien Mu pagoda, considered by many as the unofficial symbol of Hue. Next, we will visit Khai Dinh Tomb. We will end the afternoon with a visit to the vibrant Dong Ba Riverside Market. Caution: Visitors are required to wear shirts with sleeves and pants under knees when visiting the Hue Citadel.
